Performing Ensembles

The Moving Company Dance Center has developed six performing ensembles composed of students that not only excel at dancing but want to perform out in the community representing the studio.

While we do perform at both competitions and conventions, the ensembles are not considered competition teams. Our directors and dancers value technique and train in multiple classes throughout the week and work on choreography as a community in the ensemble groups. The ensembles provide an opportunity for students to engage with each other in a very supportive and uplifting environment inspiring confidence, creativity and commitment to not only themselves, but to each other.  The ensemble dancers commit to a rigorous schedule fulfilling requirements and sacrifice many weekends to be with the ensemble. Ensembles are by audition only.
